NEW PAINTINGS FROM THE TUTWILER STUDIO

FRIENDLY ANTICIPATION
24 x 30 oil
A loyal friend anxiously awaits as the evening train rolls it's consist into the waining winter light of mid America

DREAMS OF YOUTH
24 x 30 oil
Ah how exciting for a young lad to climb up into his dads antique fire truck and imagine what it must be like to race to the rescue !

EDGE OF THE WINTER WOODS
10 x 8 oil

On the edge of the Indiana, winter woods I found this relic of the past.

I sat in my car, as it was very cold, (15 degrees) and sketched this scene in oil on stretched canvas. Sometimes the weather is just not conducive to standing in the snow and wind, and the enclosure of a cozy heated box on wheels helps to capture the moment without fear of frostbite.

HARBOR LIGHT, CAMDEN MAINE
20 x 30 oil

Classic schooners await the adventures of sailing the rocky Maine coast.
